Construction Administration refers to the implementation of the design into the space. From concept to the actual physical space.
During this phase we will be overseeing the implementation of the interior architecture design and manage the contractors, subcontractors and vendors work progress who got retained the project during the previous of Contract Administration phase.
Any inquiries from the contractor are submitted to us in writing so that all questions and answers are well documented.
Any change orders requested by the client via the contractor must be detailed in writing for the clients final approval. This phase is vital as we project manage the construction team.
